Planthinker is the headline of this blog. Simply adjusted from my job as a planter and my interest of thinking. This blog will share my thoughts on everything especially on what i have found on life and the future.

Planter meaning from merriam-webster dictionary defined as 1 : someone or something that plants crops. 2 : a person who owns or runs a plantation. The job of planter is running and managing the whole plantation aspects. Its need sturdy, deepthinking and involves interdiscipline of sciences and engineering such as: agricultural sciences, chemistry, physics, sociology, engineering, GIS, philosophy and many more.


Thinker defined as a person who thinks deeply and seriously. a person with highly developed intellectual powers, especially one whose profession involves intellectual activity Does the planter job require thinking? absolutely yes. Because it at least need basic thinking to run and manage plantation. Like should we transport our fresh bunch to the Mill ? Basically of course. it will became losses if we dont transport it. But does planter need to become thinker? It depend what level you are in. And if you want go further, you need to be thinker.For a planter that working on big plantation, as entry level management we just need to follow programmes. and sometimes we just copy from last year. Isnt it boring ?absolutely. Thats why this blog was born.


To keep my brain working on silence and boringness, this blog will became my second journal that keep my thoughts alive forever. If internet and google still exist in the future.
